POLICIES

4-Night minimum stay for January 10th thru December 15th
10-Night minimum stay December 16th – January 9th
CHECK IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.
STANDARD OCCUPANCY: 2 to 4 people. Over 4, additional per-person charge of $35.00 plus tax, per night.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT:
1/2 of total invoice is required at time of confirmation of registration in the form of personal check, cashier's check, Visa, Master or Discover Cards. All credit charges will be assessed a 3% processing fee. Sixty days prior to arrival notice is sent, via email, of balance due. Payment may be made at our secure web site or you may notify us that a check is on it's way. 60 days prior to arrival and after final payment we will forward your check-in documents, which include a map to the condo and area information. Three days prior to your arrival you will receive the pin to the lockbox on the unit.
We reserve the right to charge for damages up to and including $350 applied toward excessive laundry, excessive kitchen clean-up and/or necessary repairs due to unit damage during guest stays. Guests will be notified within 3 days after departure of any charges required to utilize the security damage deposit.
Calendar dates will be reserved after receipt and processing deposit.
Rates & cleaning fees are subject to 12.46% Hawaiian Transient tax
One time cleaning fee is $160.00 - additional cleans may be requested upon arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY:
$150.00 will be assessed for cancellations up to 59 days prior to arrival date. All payments will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to arrival. Policies are adjusted for short notice bookings. (Please call for Christmas terms.) For merchant protection if client should decide, for any reason, to depart before the agreed upon check out date, guest understands and agrees that they will not request or require a refund
